Can you quote every job automatically?
Straightforward work uses your approved prices. Photos help where appropriate. Complex or uncertain jobs need your review or a survey.
What’s different about Contract Growth?
Recurring property accounts. We find buyers, coordinate quotes and bids, follow up and look for more properties and services within those relationships.
Does a buyer introduction guarantee a job?
No. We confirm the requirement and match suitable providers, but the buyer chooses who to appoint. We keep quote requests, awarded jobs and paid work separate in your reporting.
What access will you need?
Your services, prices, area and availability first. We agree call routing, any account access and eligible customer records before launch.
What are the monthly terms?
No minimum term and 30 days’ notice. Paid monthly in advance by card, from the day you start, then on the same day each month. Media, print and usage limits are confirmed in your scope.
Can property buyers use your growth service too?
Yes. For example, more landlords for a letting agency or direct bookings for a hotel. It is separate from our free contractor-sourcing service.
