Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Vyrrah Recaller service ("Service") by a practice ("Client"). By using the Service, the Client agrees to these terms.

1. The Service

Vyrrah Recaller detects calls a Client misses and automatically follows up by SMS to recover the contact and, where possible, book an appointment, plus related analytics and reactivation features.

2. Client responsibilities

• The Client is responsible for the accuracy of the business information, hours, and services it provides.
• The Client must use the Service in compliance with applicable laws, including the TCPA and, where relevant, HIPAA. The Client confirms it has a lawful basis to message the contacts it provides (e.g. inbound callers; for any uploaded patient lists, prior consent to be contacted).
• The Client must not use the Service for unsolicited marketing to people who have not consented.

3. Fees & billing

The Service is offered on a recurring subscription. Fees are billed in advance per the plan selected. Trials, where offered, convert to paid unless cancelled before the trial ends. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Cancellation

The Client may cancel at any time; the Service continues until the end of the current billing period. Upon cancellation, assigned phone numbers may be released.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Telephony and SMS delivery depend on third-party carriers and may be subject to filtering or delay outside our control.

6. Results disclaimer

Recovery and revenue figures are estimates based on the Client's stated average customer value and observed outcomes. They are illustrative, not guaranteed.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by the Client in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
